SEE CHRIST IN YOU.
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome.
But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother’s womb, and called me by his grace, To reveal his Son in me… (Galatians 1:15-16).
The Apostle Paul, in our opening text, testified that God was pleased to reveal His Son, Jesus Christ, in him. This isn’t just for the Apostle Paul; it’s the calling of every Christian; being born again, Christ is in you. The Bible says, To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory (Colossians 1:26-27).
God’s purpose, before the ages began, was to reveal Christ in you. Can you see Christ in you? Can you see that the life of Christ is in you? If Christ is revealed in you, there’ll be no place for any disease in your body. The hope that you’ll live again, the hope that you’ll forever be successful, the hope that your life will be glorious, the hope that there’ll be no failure in your life, is the revelation of Christ in you.
You may have been diagnosed with a terminal disease; don’t despair. If you can see Christ in you, that’ll be the end of that infirmity. The Bible says, “But if Christ is in you, then even though your body is subject to death because of sin, the Spirit gives life because of righteousness” (Romans 8:10 NIV). It doesn’t matter how large the rumor is, the Christ-life in you will cause it to dematerialize.
The blood of the natural man is the life of his flesh (Leviticus 17:11), but when you’re born again, Christ is your life (Colossians 3:3). Your blood isn’t what’s sustaining your life. Now you can better understand when the Bible says as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God” (John 1:12-13).
You’re born of God; you have the Christ-life in you; He’s your strength. Christ in you means progress, success, and excellence in your life; the days of failure and obscurity are gone forever! Blessed be God!
CONFESSION.
Christ is in me! He’s my life and my all! In Him I live, and move and have my being. In Him I’m victorious forever; I’m a success;I’m more than a conqueror.Christ is my riddance, my wisdom, my righteousness and justification. Hallelujah!
